Since undertaking our first contract with Bellway back in 2011 today we operate in five key regions. Working with the nation's leading homebuilders to develop vital underground infrastructure for new homes, roads and sewer systems. While simultaneously providing the valuable finishing touches that make our clients' projects complete.
We started small but that didn't last long.
In under a decade Mackoy has transformed from a family-run operation in a home office, to a major South Coast groundworks contractor. And our headcount isn't the only thing that's gone up.
We've also invested £9 million into new plant since business began, increasing our machine and vehicle fleet to over 150 high-powered machines, purchased from the leading manufacturers in construction engineering. All of which give us the edge when it comes to getting the job done safer, faster and more efficiently.
Empowering our operatives with the newest hi-spec plant is just one of the ways we've successfully grown our groundworks operation since 2011. Both our client volume and our contract values have also increased monumentally. With the South's most influential property builders repeatedly appointing Mackoy to fulfil their groundworks infrastructure.
Today we take on contracts ranging from several hundred thousand pounds, to multi-millions. Lending our services to projects in Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Surrey and Berkshire.
