Established by Steve Morgan in the 1970s, Redrow started life as a local Welsh civil engineering operation with a niche in drainage solutions. But within just a few years its focus shifted to house building and in 1979 the developer embarked on its first major residential project. Marking the start of 40+ years at the forefront of the private housing sector.
Since changing gears Redrow has undergone rapid expansion, entering new territories, winning awards, and firmly establishing its reputation on the national development stage. Even floating on the stock market in 1994.
We first came to work with Redrow In 2018, winning the £1.8million contract to develop the infrastructure for Osborne Gate at Jennetts Park in Bracknell. This appointment saw us create foundations for new Redrow homes on site, together with essential sewer works, drainage, and roads. Giving our groundworks operatives the opportunity to showcase their skills across a variety of the groundworks disciplines we specialise in at Mackoy.
