Like Mackoy Highwood is privately owned, and each of the company's founding directors is uniquely responsible for driving key areas in the business. From identifying and acquiring the perfect land sites to develop, to the planning and delivery of each unique new scheme it undertakes around the south of England. Highwood has cultivated an impressive portfolio comprising of care homes, inner city regeneration projects and residential real estate development, since first establishing in 1987.
In 2017 we began one of our most ambitious projects with the Highwood group to date, developing an ancient 120-acre deer park into a thriving new community within Eastleigh. Before development was even a quarter of the way through the project was awarded Development of the Year in the large residential category of the prestigious South Coast Property Awards 2018.
