Founded in 1990 by MD David Wyatt (who remains Wyatt's Managing Director to this day) Wyatt Homes is an award-winning property developer, exclusively operating in the South of England. Bringing its unique brand of design and architecture to create stunning new communities of houses in sought after locations across Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset.
We've worked with Wyatt Homes on numerous developments both within Hampshire and in Dorset. Most recently completing the entire groundworks infrastructure for 56 residential units in Luzborough just outside Romsey (a consortium between Wyatt Homes and Morrish Builders). While prior to this appointment our groundworks services were engaged for a 70-unit Wyatt development in Upton, Poole. A contract that was worth £2.4million at the time of development, with all plots on site nearly completed, sold or occupied.
